Promotions at Lukki

Lukki runs regular promotions that give you extra play on your deposits, free spins on new slots, and entries into tournaments. Every offer shows its full terms on the promotions page. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and withdrawal rules are all listed in plain language before you opt in. New deals appear weekly, and existing ones refresh monthly so there’s always something active when you log in.

Welcome Offer Details

Your first deposit activates Lukki’s welcome bonus automatically. The offer includes a match percentage on your deposit plus a set number of free spins on selected slot titles. Bonuses carry a wagering requirement: you must play through the bonus amount a certain number of times before withdrawing any winnings. This requirement, along with game contribution rates and maximum bet limits while using bonus funds, appears directly on the campaign page. The bonus expires 30 days after activation if you don’t meet the conditions.

Ongoing Promotions

We run reload bonuses every weekend, cashback on net losses during specific periods, and prize drops tied to featured game releases. These promotions require an opt-in step. You decide whether to participate each time. Free spins from ongoing offers usually land in your account within an hour of qualifying and must be used within seven days. Winnings from free spins carry their own wagering terms, which we state upfront alongside the promotion description. Check the “Active Promos” tab in your account dashboard to see what’s running right now.

Loyalty Rewards

Lukki’s loyalty programme tracks your real-money play across all games. Points accumulate daily and convert to bonus credits or cash prizes once you hit tier thresholds. Higher tiers unlock faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and exclusive tournament invites. You’ll receive a notification when you move up a level, and your current point balance updates in real time on your profile page. Bonus funds earned through loyalty rewards follow the same wagering rules as other promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the tier-specific terms.

How to Claim a Bonus

Log in to your Lukki account and go to the Promotions section. Click “Opt In” on any active offer you want to join. Some require this step before depositing, others after. Make sure your deposit meets the minimum amount shown for that promotion. Once confirmed, the bonus or free spins appear in your account immediately or within one hour, depending on the offer type. You can view all active and expired bonuses under “My Bonuses” in your account menu.

Payment Methods for Bonus Play

You can use any supported deposit method to qualify for Lukki promotions, but note that some payment types may be excluded from specific offers. Always check the promotion’s terms for eligible methods. Withdrawals related to bonus winnings return to the same payment method used for your deposit, following standard verification procedures required by Canadian provincial gaming regulators.

Responsible Bonus Use

Bonuses are meant to extend your play, not guarantee wins. Set deposit and loss limits in your account settings regardless of active promotions. If you feel bonus chasing is affecting your control, you can self-exclude from all promotions through your responsible gaming tools without closing your account. We enforce a 24-hour cooling-off period for players who request promotional exclusion.

Do bonuses expire?

Yes. Most Lukki bonuses expire between 7 and 30 days after activation. The exact window appears in the terms for each offer.

Can I withdraw bonus winnings immediately?

No. You must meet the wagering requirement first. Once cleared, winnings convert to real money and follow standard withdrawal timelines.

Are all games eligible for bonus play?

No. Some promotions restrict play to specific slots or exclude table games entirely. Game contribution rates toward wagering vary. Check the offer details.

What happens if I don’t meet the wagering requirement?

The bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your account once the offer expires. Your original deposit remains yours to withdraw at any time.
